Please be advised that TOL Electric Utility Capital upgrades (Phase 2) will begin the week of September 8th, 2025, and will continue into October 2025.
This Capital Upgrade will include, new conductors, poles, transformers, secondary power lines and services along Green St, Victoria Rd and Hall St, ultimately extending up to the new location for Harbor View Haven .
During these upgrades, there will be times when short power outages will be required, however, efforts will be made to minimize the inconveniences to residents. Outage information will be provided by NSP or their contractors CAUS, and/or town employees.
The safety of both residents and workers is a top priority. Please use caution when traveling through work zones and follow all pedestrian traffic signs on sidewalks when in place. The Town of Lunenburg Electric Utility Capital upgrades (Phase 1) will begin around July 2, 2025 and will continue into the fall of 2025.
The project will be completed in two (2) phases, involving the installation of new conductors, poles, transformers, secondary power lines and services along Kissing Bridge Rd, Maple Ave, Montgomery St in Phase 1, followed by Green St, Victoria Rd and Hall St during Phase 2.
During these upgrades, there will be times when short power outages will be required, however, efforts will be made to minimize the inconveniences to residents.
