The Town of Lunenburg Electric Utility Capital upgrades (Phase 1) will begin around July 2, 2025 and will continue into the fall of 2025.

The project will be completed in two (2) phases, involving the installation of new conductors, poles, transformers, secondary power lines and services along Kissing Bridge Rd, Maple Ave, Montgomery St in Phase 1, followed by Green St, Victoria Rd and Hall St during Phase 2.

During these upgrades, there will be times when short power outages will be required, however, efforts will be made to minimize the inconveniences to residents.

Outage information will be provided by NSP or their contractors CAUS, and/or town employees.

The safety of both residents and workers is a top priority. Please use caution when traveling through work zones.
