What is a Public Participation Meeting?
A Public Participation Meeting (PPM) is a chance for residents to learn about and give feedback on proposed planning changes before any decisions are made by Council. These meetings are less formal than a public hearing and are designed to gather ideas, concerns, and perspectives early in the process. The comments shared help staff and Council better understand community views and can shape how proposals move forward.
