Please note that there is a planned water outage on Monday, November 17, affecting Pelham between Princ and Duke and a portion of King Street, near Pelham. The outage is scheduled for 8:00am to 2:00pm, weather permitting.

Customers have been notified and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your co-operation. The work will be undertaken by a contractor on behalf of the Utility and is required to preform and repair and upgrade(s) to the water system in a safe work environment.

It is recommended that residents in the affected area turn off hot water systems during the outage. Once the water service is restored, we suggest running a cold water faucet into a bathtub or sink in case of any air or dis-colouration until it runs smoothly.
